Salsa Romesco is a rich, nutty, and slightly smoky Catalan sauce that brings a burst of Mediterranean flavour to any dish. This velvety sauce has a perfect balance of sweetness, earthiness, and a gentle tang from sherry vinegar. Traditionally paired with grilled vegetables, seafood, and meats, Castiza’s Salsa Romesco also makes an excellent dip or spread.
