Perishable Goods
Our products include freshly made sauces and grazing boards, which are perishable items.
Sauces – If your sauce arrives damaged, faulty, or you believe there is a quality issue (even if the jar has been opened), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at castizauk@gmail.com.
Grazing Boards – These are prepared fresh and to order, so they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law (for example, if the order arrives damaged or not as described).

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
How to Return a Sauce
If you need to return a jar of sauce because of a problem with it (opened or unopened):
Email castizauk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
We will confirm the return address and any further instructions.
Return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 working days.
Please note:
You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee refunds for items lost in transit.
